Gather your tax documents and upload them to Intuit Link, your SmartVault portal, drop them off at our office, or mail them to us. Our tax organizer checklist is available to you in electronic format through Intuit Link (default method), in PDF format in SmartVault, or a paper copy can be mailed to you. If you are missing just a couple pieces of information, please send everything else to us so we can get started as soon as possible. Tax returns are generally handled on a first in, first out basis.

    Secure Portal (SmartVault)

Our secure web portal allows you to send important documents such as W2s, 1099s, bank statements, etc. to us securely. This is also where you can find your past tax returns. Learn more here.

    Consulting Your Tax Advisor

How you interact with us is up to you. In person appointments are available to go over your tax documents up front, or at delivery. We can also contact you via telephone or email at the end of the engagement to go over your tax return and any tax saving ideas we have for you.

    Filing Your Tax Return

You can sign your e-file authorization form (8879) electronically, by scanning a PDF to us, fax, or by delivering or sending us the form. We do not need an original signature.
